Congregation Beth Israel is one of the oldest synagogues in Western Washington, serving Bellingham and the North Puget Sound Jewish community since 1908. David provided ongoing monthly maintenance of this very public web site until the congregation moved into its new home.

The OpenDWG™ Alliance is an international  association of customers and vendors that promotes the use of the AutoCAD DWG file format for the exchange of CAD data. David created this organization's first public website as well as linking to an extensive database that provided controlled member access to the ODA's extensive software libraries.
