Labor Day With the Safers

Things were incredibly busy for us when Dad came out to visit in August. Emma and Clarice started school the week before Labor Day, which precluded our visiting during the week. Then, David spent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of Labor Day weekend up in Vancouver photographing the auto race.

On Labor Day, we finally made it down for a visit. Lori and Allen had a bit of work to do around the house. Clarice and Martin entertained themselves.

We had a light lunch and just hung out for most of the day. We did venture out later in the afternoon for a round of golf (miniature, that is).
