Genny & David in Jamaica

David and Genny actually took a vacation! In late June, they flew to Montego Bay, Jamaica and then braved a two-hour bus ride to Ochos Rios, where they joined David and Rhonda Shapiro at the Couples Resort for 6 absolutely wonderful days.

We hadn't seen David and Rhonda in years. They've been going to Couples for a number of years and this year managed to convince us to join them. We're so glad we did. It was a fantastic vacation. There aren't many pictures, because we were too busy relaxing to take any. Mornings were filled with golf, tennis, and scuba diving. The afternoons were spent lounging on the beach of Couples' private island. And evenings were spent in one of the resorts restaurants.

We met David and Rhonda's neighbors, Tim and Diane, who have been vacationing annually at Couples for over 10 years. We're hoping to join them all again next year.
